• November 1 to March 31 the minimum stay is 1 month

• Our property is a 1-bedroom bungalow therefore we limit occupancy to 2 adults. We also have a cot available free of change for children up to the age of 12.

• At the time of booking, we require a photograph of a government issued identification for the person making the reservation as well as a contact phone number and email address (and WhatsApp number if available).

• For reservations of 3 to 14 nights there is no cancelation fee if notice is given in writing at least 24 hours before check-in. For cancellation notices received less than 24 hours before check-in a fee of 1 night will be charged.

• For reservations of 15 nights or more there is no cancelation fee if notice is given in writing at least 10 days prior to the check-in time. For cancellation notices received less than 10 days before check-in a fee of 20% will be charged.

• All deposits due for refund following a cancelation will be refunded within 24 hours of receiving the cancelation notice.

• A deposit of 20% is required at time of booking.

• Parking on the street is available for free. The neighborhood is very safe and you should have no issues with parking.

• Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or in cash.

Check-in:

• Please notify us of your planned arrival time including flight number prior to arrival.

• Check-in time is 3pm or later.

• We will try to greet you at the property on arrival, but you can also do self check-in following check-in instructions that will be provided.

Check-out:

• The checkout time is 11:00am or earlier.

• Kindly leave the house neat and tidy as per check-in.

• Please turn off fans, air conditioning, lights and shut windows.

• Remove garbage and place at curbside.

• Lastly, please lock patio, kitchen, and front doors and leave keys in the lockbox (remember to rotate the combination wheels to lock the box).

• No un-registered guests overnight

• To save energy kindly turn off lights, fans, and air conditioners when going out

• Absolutely no smoking inside the house, you may smoke on the patio

• Please do not rearrange the furniture

• Please refrain from all night parties and be respectful of neighbors

• No illegal substances

• No pets (without prior approval)

• Beach towels are provided, please do not bring bathroom towels to the beach

• Lost or damaged items will incur a replacement charge
